The terms of using this site.

Plain-language terms for using the Liberti Festival website and joining our waitlist. By using this site, you agree to what's set out below.

01

Accepting these terms

By visiting this site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. These terms may be updated from time to time (see the last section).

02

Using the site

You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes — reading about the festival, joining the waitlist, and getting in touch. Please don't attempt to disrupt, scrape, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems.

03

Waitlist & communications

Joining the waitlist means you'd like festival updates and ticket-launch notifications by email. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting us. Being on the waitlist does not guarantee a ticket.

04

Tickets & purchases

Tickets are sold through our ticketing partner (currently Oztix or equivalent), and any purchase is also subject to that provider's terms and refund policy. Line-up, dates, and pricing are subject to change.

05

Programming changes

Artists, schedules, and activities may change for reasons beyond our control. Where an announced act or feature changes, the festival itself will still go ahead unless we say otherwise — a change to the line-up is not grounds for a refund on its own.

06

Intellectual property

The Liberti name, logo, photography, and site content belong to Liberti Festival or its partners and may not be reused without permission. Press and media may request approved assets via the contact below.

07

Liability

We work hard to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and can't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for losses arising from your use of the site.

08

Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, the change will be posted here with a revised date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

09

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of that state.
