When you join the waitlist, we collect your email and (optionally) your name and phone number. We don't collect anything you don't actively give us.

Liberti Festival respects your privacy. In plain language: we collect what you give us, we use it only to update you about the festival, and we never sell or share it.

Why we collect it
Solely to send festival updates, ticket-launch notifications, and (rarely) time-sensitive event communications. We don't profile you, target you, or score you.

Sharing
We never sell your information. We never share it with third parties for marketing. Our email service provider (currently Mailchimp or equivalent) processes data on our behalf under their published privacy policy.

Your rights
Under Australian privacy law, you can request a copy of your data, request corrections, or request deletion at any time. Email us and we'll action it within 30 days.

The site uses minimal analytics to understand traffic patterns. No third-party advertising cookies. No cross-site tracking.
